How to Create Angel Healing Water
Take a glass of pure spring water. Hold it under the sunlight and imagine the rays of the sun are illuminating your water with the Divine Healing Light of the Angels. You can ask Raphael the Healer of God to place his/her Healing rays into your water so you too may be blessed with God's Light. Drink the water and feel each cell illuminated and healed with the light of Raphael and all God's Healing Angels. Give Thanks for this moment of Healing.

What a lovely meditation! I believe there is much more to light and color than we realize and that some things can only be understood intuitively - so this meditation is perfect for me. If it clears up here this afternoon - I'm going out in my backyard to try it.
